I deal with quite a bit of stress in my life and Jeff recommended I give Reiki a try. After the session I left feeling much lighter and relaxed than when I came in. I had a chance to do a Reiki session with Jeff last month. I didn’t know what to expect but Jeff was very open and informative before we started. He made sure to ask questions about what I was comfortable with and checking in during the session. He did a whole body scan and then focused on some target areas. When I came to Jeff, it was in the middle of the afternoon, I was exhausted from my morning. I can’t explain exactly what he did but I left the session feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of my day!
