Greg is a meditation teacher and energy healer dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of mindfulness.
His greatest joy is to show people just how simple it is to meditate. He facilitates group meditations to share techniques and guidelines that people can use to cultivate their own personal meditation practice.
Greg also provides private remote sessions where he blends meditation with breath-work, guided imagery, and reiki to craft a custom healing experience to balance your body and mind.
He has a naturally calming presence that helps to create a safe and supportive space. Guests find that they are able to relax deeply, release tension, and reconnect with their inner peace.
